Experienced Thai Massage Therapist (with option for Lead/Manager Role)

We are seeking experienced and skilled Thai massage therapists to join our new Thai massage salon opening in September 2025 in Gdańsk, Poland. Candidates should have several years of documented experience in traditional Thai massage techniques and a passion for delivering high-quality treatments. We are also interested in candidates who are able to take on a lead/manager role and help train other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of massage therapies including:

  • Traditional Thai massage

  • Thai foot massage

  • Oil massage

  • Relaxing massage

  • Sports massage

  • Hot stone massage

• (Optional) Perform kobido massage (not required)

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional, friendly attitude

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment areas

• (For lead candidates) Assist with staff training and daily team management

Requirements:

• Advanced experience in Thai massage (minimum several years, documented)

• Commitment to relocate to Gdańsk, Poland

• Willingness to work 5–6 days per week, from 12:00 to 22:00 (shift work possible)

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Leadership skills are a plus (for lead/manager role)

• English, Polish, or basic Thai language skills welcome, but not required
